Pilates Local offers Group Mat Classes where you won't get lost in the crowd. With classes capped at 8 participants, Mat Classes run for 1 hour and offer a challenging and dynamic whole body workout utilising small apparatus and your own body weight. 

Mat Classes are by appointment only and if you are new to Pilates Local, please refer to our Get Started page.

Pilates Mat Classes are designed for people with healthy bodies and who have no major injuries. If you are unsure if these classes are suitable for you, please contact us or discuss with your instructor during your Initial Consultation
