To cancel a Pilates Local session/class booking, 24 hours notice is required. Cancellations received within 24 hours will be charged at the full session/class rate. If a make-up session/class is completed within six days, the cancellation fee will not apply.

Additionally, Pilates Local recognises that things pop up unexpectedly from time to time that cannot be avoided (sickness, family and work commitments, etc). As such, clients of Pilates Local are rewarded with one free late cancellation after each 15 visits. The free late cancellations can be used when clients are unable to complete a make-up session/class within 6 days. 

Please note: Two people must attend Duet sessions. A make-up session can only be scheduled if both participants reschedule the Duet session. In the event that one person attends and one person is absent, the cancellation fee for the absent person will apply - there is no option to use a free late cancel or complete a make-up session in this instance.
