Studio sessions can be done privately, with a friend (duet) or in a small group of up to 4 participants, with the most popular format being the small group sessions. Whatever session type you choose, you will enjoy being guided through a personalised programme tailored specifically to you and what your body needs.

Handy tip:
Studio sessions differ to Reformer and Mat Classes because of the smaller session sizes, the personalised programming and access to all pieces of Pilates equipment i.e. Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, Reformer, High Barrel and Spine Corrector.
