Reformer Classes at Pilates Local offer a fantastic means of gaining a whole body workout utilising a signature piece of Pilates equipment. Our classes run for 1 hour in a small group of up to 8 participants, meaning you will be looked after and guided by our caring and skilled instructors.
These classes are also suitable for Pre-natal and Post-natal clients and we offer specialised classes for these stages of pregnancy and beyond on our Timetable.
